91AV academic programs (credit and non-credit) that are designed to lead to state educational requirements for professional licenses are either tied to the State of North Carolina or national certification. Graduates of CAAHEP accredited medical assisting programs may be eligible to sit for the to become Certified Medical Assistants.
If you intend to pursue professional licenses outside the State of North Carolina once you have completed your academic program at 91AV, please refer to the Professional Licensure Section on the college's state authorization page for additional information: State Authorization
