As an approved EPP program through North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI), 91AV offers a streamlined program that simplifies and accelerates the pathway to elementary education licensure.

To be eligible for this program, individuals must meet the following requirements:

• Employed or under contract for employment with a public or
  charter school.
  • Private school teachers may enroll in the
    non-licensure track for this program under code C55280NL.
• Bachelor’s degree (degree must meet the 24 hours of gen ed
  required by NCDPI) from a regionally accredited institution.
